Youth Ministries

Here at F.B.C., our youth ministries for children and teens are regarded as necessary and a
blessing. Bringing young people to Christ cannot begin too soon. Our goal for youth ministry
is to build every life around God's Word. We cannot overexpose our youth to biblical
principles that produce lasting biblical change in their lives. The following ministries are those
which work well for our youth here at F.B.C.

Master Clubs - For Children Age 4 Through Grade 6
This ministry is held on Friday evening from 7:00PM to 9:00PM from September through May.
It is a Bible based ministry of merit whereby each child as a club member is afforded the
opportunity to earn achievement badges and other awards as well. Scripture memory,
workbooks, crafts, and game time including regional and national competitions are all a part
of our fun-filled Master Clubs ministry. Our kids enjoy coming. Yours will as well.

Vacation Bible School - For Children Age 4 Through Grade 9
Each Summer, during the third week of July, our VBS program will minister to over 200
children per day, Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 12:00 Noon. Many children receive
Christ as their Saviour and are contacted by way of follow-up to grow in Christ. Program
themes change annually but the message of salvation remains the same. This Summer's VBS
will be held on July 14th - 18th. There is absolutely NO charge to any child. This year's theme
is entitled "Dino Detectives"! We invite your children to join us this Summer. You may register

Summer Youth Camp
F.B.C. uses Highpoint Camp in Geigertown, PA for its week long camp experience for children
and teens. Contact us at 410-760-7755 to learn more about this year's Summer camp weeks.

Jr. & Sr. High Youth Night - For Grades 7 Through 12
Bible Study & Activities 7:00PM - 9:00PM
Our teens meet weekly on Wednesday evening for outreach to other teens and adults. Upon
returning to church they gather for Bible study and activities led by youth pastor, Michael
Hubers Jr. and his wife along with four other adult youth sponsors. Bible study, scripture
memory, indoor/outdoor activities, youth rallies, outreach, and mission trips serve as a
platform for F.B.C. youth ministry. Last Summer's teen mission team traveled to Natal, Brazil
in South America to work with missionaries Dave and Dawn Spink for ten days. Our ministry
to our teens is dedicated to helping teens grow spiritually. Your teens are always welcome to
youth night each and every Monday.

B.A.Y. Days - For Teens - Grades 7 Through 12
In 2004, F.B.C.'s youth leader, Michael Hubers, Jr. developed this exciting and growing
ministry of our church for Baltimore Area Youth of other independent, fundamental Bible
believing churches in the Baltimore metropolitan area. F.B.C. is pleased to host and sponsor
this ministry as a sound Bible-based resource for Pastors and their youth. B.A.Y. Days is built
around Ecclesiastes 12:1 encouraging teens to "Remember NOW thy Creator in the days of thy
youth..." During these days, teens are challenged to grow spiritually in their youth to make a
difference in this world. Since 2004, B.A.Y. Days has grown from 22 teens on its first night to
over 100 teens last Summer. Many teens have come to know Christ as their Saviour and are
now able to grow in Christ in their local church. B.A.Y. Days is a 3 day adventure that your
teens will long remember. For just $55.00 your teen receives a B.A.Y. Days t-shirt, three meals,
indoor/outdoor activities, Six Flags America and dynamic preaching from special keynote
youth speakers from around the world. B.A.Y. Days is held annually in August on Thursday
and Friday from 5:00PM to 9:00PM and Saturday from 12:00 Noon to 7:00PM. This year's dates
