1. To include and Exalt Jesus Christ in all that we do (I Corinthians 10:31).

2. To Instruct and Equip every believer for God's work (Ephesians 4:11-16).

3. To Involve and Encourage every believer in personal evangelism and discipleship (Acts 1:8;
II Timothy 2:1-2).

4. To Influence and Edify every believer in their walk with God (Hebrews 10:24; Ephesians 4:1;
Colossians 1:10).

5. To Insure and Exhibit a God-honoring Pastor People relationship (Colossians 4:12-13; Acts
20-28; I Peter 5:2-4).

6. To Inflate and Express a spirit of unity and love within the Church (Psalm 133:1; Ephesians
4:13-16).

7. To Inform and Extend to the world the gospel message by missionary endeavor (Matthew
28:18-20; Mark 16:15).

8. To Ignite and Excite one another through the power of prayer (Ephesians 6:18-20).

9. To Inspire and Enable families to strengthen their homes through Christ (Psalm 127:1;
Ephesians 5:22-6:4).

10. To Invite and Enlist believers into full-time Christian ministries (Acts 13:1-4; I Corinthians
12:1-11; Ephesians 4:1-12).
